Summary of hotfix:

After update to 2.24.0 Blox users may get "An unexpected network error occurred. If the problem persists please contact support" when attempting to send out assets through Notifier in Blox.

An issue was discovered starting in 2.40.0 where user didn't have proper permissions with the admin to complete the task. This hotfix addresses this issue.

IMPORTANT: THIS UPDATE SHOULD ALSO BE INSTALLED ON SECONDARY AND DISASTER RECOVERY NODES.
